Where are you located?

We are mobile so we come to you! Thats right, you dont even have to leave your house! We service San Antonio and Surrounding Areas up to a 35 mile radius.

What are your prices?

Click on our services page and then the buttonunder the service you are interested in. It will take you straight to our pricing sheets, you can have an idea of your final quote! (which depends on the condition)

How do I pay?

As form of payment we accept Debit/Credit Card ($5 processing fee) Cash,Cash App,Venmo and Apple Pay!

Is there a travel fee for you to come to me?

We service San Antonio and surrounding areas. If you are in San Antonio we do not have a travel fee if you are outside of the city limits we charge a $10 travel fee.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes! We require appointments. Since we offer many services this is how we can ensure everything runs smoothly on our end!

How can I make an appointment?

First we start by giving you a quote, this includes 3/4 questions so we can determine the condition of the item. From there we offer you our soonest available appointment or see which day works best for both of our schedules!

So... how does this work?

Before your appointment: look out for a text message the day before so we can get your final conformation in The day of: We will send you a message 30 minutes to an hour before our arrival Once we arrive: We do an inital walkthorugh to make sure your quote is accurate, we then get to work! After we are finished: We let you know that we are done and do a final walkthorugh with you! After this is when the payment will be due! The following days: You may recieve a message from us asking for feedback on how we did. Google reviews and Facebook reviews helps a business like ours tremendously!

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule feel free to reach out to us and let us know! We understand life happens. If an appointment is rescheduled a day before or the day of we do require a $20 fee for the rescheduling. It is just to help is ensure the job will go through since our technicans get paid per job that they do. With last minute cancellations we cant always fill in that slot.If you have any other questions about this policy feel free to reach out to us

Where exactly do you service?

Great question, we service San Antonio,New Braunfels,Schertz,Converse,Seguin,Boerne,Hondo,Devine,Somerset,Poteet,Pleasanton,Lytle and more. For locations more than 35 miles from San Antonio we may charge a $20 travel fee or require 2 services to be done. Don't see your town listed, just ask us and we can let you know!
